Why do I need to reset my password?


We’ve updated our site infrastructure, and to activate your account on the new site, you need to create a new password. You can use the activation email we sent or request a new copy of the email here. Please make sure you're using the most recently sent email, as only that link will work. If you logged in using the "Continue with Apple" button in the past, you may need to reset your email address well. Locate the activation email (subject line: "Update Your Trade Password") and click the link. Once you reset your password, the system will automatically take you to your account details to update your Apple Relay email address!

Where can I access my account information?


Once you’ve reset your password and logged into your account, you can access all your Trade information here. You can adjust your subscription anytime using your dashboard.
